Crushed Crispy Fried Chicken (Ayam Geprek)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pcs your favorite fried chicken (or fried karage)

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • few hot chili (I used red bird's eye chili)

  • salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp sugar

  • a sliced of tomato

  • shrimp paste / terasi (optional), I did NOT put any, but you can try, adjust to your taste

  • msg

Directions:

  1. mash up garlic, chili, and all ingredients together With mortar. If you don’t have mortar, you can use blender, mix it in few seconds. Make sure the texture is not so smooth

  2. Add in the fried chicken, mash it hard with the chili paste

  3. served with hot steamed white rice.
